VERBO HAVE GOT (tener)

ACTIVITIES:

1. Translate these afirmative sentences ( Traduce estas oraciones afirmativas)

Yo tengo un perro.

Tú tienes un pájaro.

Él tiene dos gatos y una serpiente.

Ella tiene cuatro conejos.

Nosotros tenemos cinco pollos.

Vosotros tenéis seis gallinas.

Ellos tienen ocho cerdos y dos pingüinos.



Solution (activity 1):


Yo tengo un perro: 
I have got a dog. / I' ve got a dog.

Tú tienes un pájaro: 
You have got a bird.  / You ' ve got a bird.

Él tiene dos gatos y una serpiente: 
He has got two cats and one snake. / He 's got two cats and one snake.

Ella tiene cuatro conejos: 
She has got four rabbits. / She ' s got four rabbits.

Nosotros tenemos cinco pollos :
 We have got five chickens. / We' ve got five chickens.

Vosotros tenéis seis gallinas: 
We have got six hens. / You've got six hens.


Ellos tienen ocho cerdos: 
They have got eight pigs and two penguins. /  They' ve got eight pigs and two penguins.



2. Translate these negative sentences ( Traduce estas oraciones negativas)


Yo no tengo un perro.

Tú no tienes un pájaro.

Él no tiene dos gatos.

Ella no tiene cuatro conejos.

Nosotros no  tenemos cinco pollos.

Vosotros no tenéis seis gallinas.

Ellos no tienen ocho cerdos.

I haven´t  got a dog. 

Tú no tienes un pájaro: 
You haven´t  got a bird.

Él no tiene dos gatos: 
He hasn´t  got two cats.

Ella no tiene cuatro conejos: 
She hasn´t got four rabbits.

Nosotros no  tenemos cinco pollos : 
We haven´t  got five chickens. 

Vosotros no tenéis seis gallinas:
We haven´t  got six hens.

Ellos no tienen ocho cerdos: 

They haven´t  got eight pigs. 



3. Translate these questions (Traduce estas preguntas)

¿Tienes un perro? Sí, tengo.

¿Tiene él cuatro conejos? No, no tiene. 

¿Tiene ella dos gatos? No, no tiene. 

¿ Tenemos nosotros cinco pollos? Sí, tenemos. 

¿Tenéis vosotros seis gallinas? Sí, vosotros tenéis. 

¿Tienen ellos ocho cerdos?  Sí, tienen.
